I would like to welcome you and, thank you for your interest in the Society of Emotional Intelligence International UK & Europe (SoEI International UK & Europe).  

A little bit about me...

I've been immersed in the practices and principles of Emotional Intelligence for over 30 years in the variety of roles I’ve held across the Human Resource Development arena i.e., Change Management, Stress Management and Conflict Resolution, all of which are incorporate the practices and principles of Emotional Intelligence and, are part of the EI Family!

I'm a Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach (CEIC) and Master Trainer for the Certified EISAP2.0 Practitioner (MCEP) Programme.  I specialise in  delivering bespoke programmes for individuals, teams, and organisations, aligning my programmes with their objectives, visions and values.

Whether you are the CEO or an administrator, working within corporate, private, not for profit, third or public sector organisations, we look forward to you joining us in our initiatives and, getting involved in sharing your knowledge, experience, and energy. You'll also have the opportunity to engage with your peers who share similar views and are equally willing to share their knowledge and experience.

Society of Emotional Intelligence International UK & Europe, are open to practitioners, managers, consultants, administrators, educators, students and researchers who have an interest in practicing or enhancing their emotional intelligence on a personal or professional level, as well as applying Emotional Intelligence (EI) across corporate and public sector organisations and industries.
